RPurpose of
this Contract:y
- Prepare
Property so the Owner and House To Home Realty
have a better product to market.
- Detail
the conditions for the “5 Free days of Fix-up” (Labor only - materials
extra.
- Identify
and agree upon the work to be completed.

RDetails of Conditions
for “5 free days of fix-up” Labor:y
- “Free
Days of Labor” are given in conjunction with a valid “Exclusive Right to
Sell” Contract, also referred to
as a “Listing
Agreement”, for a period of at least 6 months.
- If
the property is taken off market or cancelled by either party before the
listing expires the labor hours will
be reimbursed
to House To Home Realty at the rate of $25 per hour (up to $1000 total).
- The
Owner understands that House To Home Realty does not hold a contractor’s
license and is not
bonded, therefore is
acting strictly in a “handyman” capacity.
- Owner
will provide for all of the materials and supplies required to perform the
work agreed upon.
- Work will be completed before property is advertised on
M.L.S. (Multiple Listing Service).
- Owner
authorizes access to the property to perform agreed upon work.
